Q: What exactly will I see during this specific flight?
A: You will experience immersive, 8K aerial footage of Europe and the Northern Lights. You will fly over European alpine ridgelines, frozen beaches, and the Faroe Islands. You will not see local Hawaiian landscapes during this specific show.Q: If the footage is in Europe, how is this a Hawaiian story?
A: The journey is inspired by King Kalākaua’s historic royal tour of Europe, experienced through the perspective of a young Hawaiian girl. The story is Hawaiian; the destination you fly over is Europe.Q: How does this compare to a traditional helicopter tour?
A: We use hyper-stabilized 8K cinema cameras mounted on real helicopters. Because the footage is optimized for a massive curved screen, the flight is flawlessly smooth—removing the turbulence and bumpiness of a standard helicopter ride. This premium stabilization can sometimes feel like advanced drone or cinematic CGI work, but it is real aerial photography. -
